Digitalization vouchers

Subject of call

This Call encourages investment from SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) directed towards the implementation of digitalization and digital business transformation. This includes initiatives for enhancing digital skills (among others related to cloud technologies), digital transformation strategies, digital marketing, increasing cyber resilience through system security checks, and the application of complex digital solutions.

Applicant Eligibility

The applicant must be a legal entity or individual who owns a micro, small, or medium-sized enterprise.

Intensity of Support

For the award of vouchers, the support intensity has been set at 60% of eligible costs for applicants.

Application Deadlines

From June 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM until July 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM From November 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM until December 1, 2023, at 11:00 AM From March 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM until April 1, 2024, at 11:00 AM

Voucher for Enhancing Digital Skills

Purpose: The purpose is to train the Applicant's employees in implementing digitization, or in the use of digital marketing and communication tools (work in e-commerce and m-commerce, internet advertising, managing the company's website), for data analysis and data management, application development, software design, digital design, cloud-based business, and similar tasks and services.

Conditions: The Applicant can include one or more training courses in one application, provided:

1) At least 20% of all employees* are included in the training as part of the voucher

2) The training is conducted live (including online) and in real-time

3) Knowledge test is conducted at the end of the training, for which a certificate is issued for each participant

4) The total eligible costs of training for one employee are up to 1,000.00 EUR Maximum support amount: 9,990.00 €

Voucher for Digital Marketing

Eligible activities:

• creation of company websites

• creation of landing pages

• creation of mobile applications

• creation of web applications

• creation of e-commerce websites

• social media management

Conditions: the company must have at least one full-time employee (based on working hours)

Maximum support amount: 9,990.00 €

Voucher for the Development of a Digital Transformation Strategy

Purpose: defining achievable digital transformation goals and creating measures for achieving set goals, including an analysis of the current state and environment, examining the potential for business optimization through digitalization, process and organization optimization, and other measures that can contribute to the organization's adaptation to operating in the digital age.

Conditions: the company must have at least three full-time employees (based on working hours)

Maximum support amount: 9,990.00 €

Cybersecurity Diagnostic Voucher

Purpose: Checking the cybersecurity of a company through security system checks/data leak tests, penetration tests with corresponding report creation, and cybersecurity threat detection for the company's information system.

Conditions: The company must have at least one full-time employee (based on working hours)

Maximum support amount: 14,500.00 €

Complex Digital Solutions Voucher

Purpose: Implementing complex digital solutions that will enable companies to develop digital business models, strengthen capacities for digitization and digital transformation, such as Industry 4.0 solutions, development of network systems and processes, Internet of Things (IoT), smart services, automation, projects involving Big Data, simulation models, virtual and augmented reality, integrated systems (for example, BI and analytics, Market Integration (drop-shipping) at least on one major market, enterprise resource planning, digital productivity solutions, and customer relationship management solutions.
