As we continuously strive to surpass our capabilities, enhance our quality, and stand out, we, driven by our adventurous spirit, have decided to embark on the journey of implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
This initiative is part of the project "Increasing the Efficiency and Competitiveness of Gauss," funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
During our preparation for implementing these standards, we reached the crucial phase of educating our employees.
We explained all the steps involved in the standards' implementation and highlighted the expected outcomes and benefits. Since a company is made up of its people, it is evident that employee education is essential for the successful execution of the project.
The one-day training session began with an introduction to the ISO organization. We discussed the principles of quality management, information security, areas of application, and references to other standards.
The training covered the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2017 standards, including leadership, planning, support, operational processes, evaluation of measurable results, and improvement.
Additionally, we addressed the context of the organization, such as understanding the organization, the needs and expectations of interested parties, quality and information security management systems and processes, and determining the scope of these management systems.
Gauss is implementing and certifying a quality control system according to ISO 9001:2015 and an information security system according to ISO 27001:2013.
We are educating our employees about these standards to enhance our competitiveness and improve the quality of services for clients in both domestic and international markets.
