As a leading provider of water utility, Vodovod Osijek has partnered with Gauss to create and introduce an enhanced version of the mobile and web application Moj Vodovod, along with a refreshed website design.
The goal of these changes is to enhance service delivery, improve communication with users, and further optimize operations.
Moj Vodovod application is available on Android and iOS devices, as well as through web browsers.
The enhancement of design and functionality aligns with the ongoing efforts of the City of Osijek towards the digitization of city and communal services.
As a part of this broader digitalization plan, Gauss has previously collaborated with the communal company Unikom to create a modern waste management application – Moj Unikom.
To meet Vodovod Osijek requirements, we have enhanced user experience of Vodovod website with a new and clean design, enabling easy access to all water utility information.
Additionally, we have introduced the option to store card data in collaboration with WSPAY, ensuring fast and secure transactions for their users.
