Čarobna priča


Magic Baby vodeća je hrvatska trgovina visokokvalitetnim dječjim robnim markama, s više od 25 godina iskustva u podružnici. Asortiman se sastoji od namještaja za bebe i djecu, igračaka, kolica, autosjedalica, pribora i gotovo svega što vam padne na pamet.


Osim internetske trgovine, Magic Baby ima mrežu od 14 fizičkih trgovina i svoju proizvodnju.


Budući da tržište, zastarjeli dizajn i trenutna platforma za e-trgovinu više nisu bili prikladni zbog problema s brzinom, administrativnih problema i nedostatka razvojne podrške, Magic Baby se obratio nama za osvježenje i razvoj novog pristupa.


Radujući se izradi svog prvog web shopa na platformi Magento 2.1., brzo smo došli do razumijevanja za implementaciju nove platforme i korištenje svih prednosti koje nudi za rješavanje problema koji se tiču sadržaja, brzine, pretraživanja, navigacije i dizajna.

Iskustvo e-trgovine za robne marke beba

UX je usredotočen na svježiji, mekši izgled

The process started with a new responsive UX design, focused on fresher, the softer look of the store with more promotional functionalities and more precise navigation. The new homepage now includes a slider, info banners, actions and special categories in a quick view, blog posts and brands with special care in positioning. WordPress Blog was implemented as one of the SEO points as previously Client had no blog.


Reinventing internal processes.

Magic Baby‘s long term accustomed internal processes required current functionalities of the old shop to be fully adopted to newest Magento 2.1. technology. Some of them were already present as default Magento features, but we had to develop some as new, custom modules.


Connecting all stores.

Complete data transfer from the old platform was made. Additionally, we made ERP integration so that prices and quantities may always be synchronized throughout all stores. ERP gave stock statuses by each store and warehouse individually. We‘ve used this to make a custom module that allows customers to choose in which physical store they want to pick up their product or even transfer products from one store to another.


Supporting new needs.

Our next stage is supporting and consulting to make sure that the Client adopts all the extra features available with Magento 2.1. platform. A goal is to improve their business by getting familiar with new admin panel and do a lot of work in systematizing content, attributes and layered navigation. Since brands are essential to Magic Baby, we‘ve developed a module which allows filtering by brand by merely clicking on the brand logo, in slider or brand page.


New look at marketing opportunities.

Results are a Magento 2 website with responsive design, merchandising experience and user-friendly webshop for Magic Baby. We have given a new look at marketing opportunities with brand extension and have automated client business processes through complete data transfer, ERP synchronization and multiple third-party integrations.

Glavni cilj nove platforme bio je riješiti probleme koji se tiču sadržaja, brzine, pretraživanja, navigacije i zastarjelog dizajna.


Obavljen je potpuni prijenos podataka sa stare platforme. UX je bio usredotočen na svježiji, mekši izgled. Projekt se sastojao od cjelovitog rješenja e-trgovine s brojnim integracijama, uključujući ERP Luceed.
