1. PARTNER RECEIVES COMPENSATION THROUGH COMMISSION

A) SALES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EXISTING SOLUTIONS

INITIAL CONNECTION WITH THE CLIENT

The partner finds and brings the client. Gauss makes the initial call, screening, and rest of the phases described in the

previous chapter. Gauss gives the commission to the partner if the collaboration with the client is

successful.

INITIAL CONNECTION AND SCREENING CONNECTION WITH THE CLIENT

The partner finds a potential client, does the screening per Gauss’s standards and provides the Gauss with a detailed analysis of the problems, demands,

requirements, and user stories. Gauss does the implementation and pays the commission in case of successful collaboration with the client.

INITIAL CONNECTION, SCREENING AND IMPLEMENTATION

The partner finds the client, does the screening, and does the implementation. Gauss pays the commission in case of successful collaboration with the client.

B) CUSTOMISATION AND UPGRADES TO THE EXISTING SOLUTIONS

The partner comes with ideas for additional functionalities of the current Gauss solution ( e.g., a new module within Gauss Box ). Partner will provide a proposal list of potential clients as a target market and the first interested potential client with whom we can collaborate.

  • The partner performs active defining of the new functionalities and provides the expertise

  • Gauss performs active defining of the new functionalities and provides the expertise

C) DEVELOPMENT OF ENTIRELY NEW SOLUTIONS

The partner will come with a concrete idea for the new product. He will provide market analysis, functional requirements, and the first client interested in using the new product.

D) WHITE LABEL

Partner will sell Gauss developed solutions under their brand name. Gauss will provide technical support to the partner.

2. GAUSS RECEIVES COMPENSATION THROUGH COMMISSION

A) DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND APPLICATIONS ON THE GAUSS ECOSYSTEM

Partner develops its solutions powered by gauss platforms.


The partner will provide compensation to gauss in the form of:

  • Initial entry fee and/or

  • Percentage of sales and/or

  • Ownership share in the partner company


Integration of Gauss solutions with external applications and systems

Gauss support - fee paid to Gauss:

  • Education for a distributor - by agreed plan x hours + materials

  • Education for an implementer - by agreed plan x hours + materials

  • Education for an integrator - by agreed plan x hours + materials

  • Education for a developer - by agreed plan x hours + materials

  • Advanced education for the client
